Responsibilities

• Provide aviation security internal audits according to the requirements of IOSA or the specific states where HKA operates.
• Conduct initial security investigations and prepare reports for management review.
• Respond promptly to all security incidents and emergency situations as they arise.
• Establish comprehensive security risk management frameworks and implement related mitigation actions.
• ⁠Develop and maintain the HKA Security Hazard Database to track and analyze potential threats.
• Review, amend, and promulgate the HKA Security Programme to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Assist in liaison with aviation security authorities and relevant external organizations in the absence of the Manager, Corporate Security Quality.
• Manage security dissemination and the communication of safety protocols across the organization.
• Undertake special projects at the direction of the DCSD and Manager, Corporate Security Quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in aviation security within an aviation security service provider, airline, or service in law enforcements engaging in aviation security related work.
• Experience in performing aviation security Quality Assurance duties or work in a related aviation security field is preferred.
• ⁠Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of aviation security compliance standards.
